An avid motocross racing enthusiast and runner,

around an hour. He enjoys surfing and exploring the local beaches.

is not out playing, he is a motivated worker, dedicated to making sure his
company (Josh’s Pro Detail) remains a top competitor in the mobile auto
detailing industry. Having such a flexible schedule where he works for himself,
he appreciates being able to come and go as he pleases. Joshua Richie believes
his ability to have such an adaptable schedule contributes to his business
success. It is rare that he gets burnt out since he has such a strong work and
play balance.
Having the ability to incorporate fun times
throughout his work schedule also benefits his customers who are always quick
to remark on his friendly and outgoing demeanor. Being able to take a short
break to do something pleasurable allows for Joshua Richie to not get bogged
down by long work hours, and instead leaves him refreshed and ready to tackle
